Prerequisites for SBX

Before your company can get started with SBX some requirements and configuration are needed from your side.

• Your email provider must be Microsoft Outlook.
• You must have a Microsoft 365 Group with the setting "Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes" selected.
  Learn how to create and set up the group correctly.
• You can use either SBX browser extension or our Outlook add-in for the desktop application.
• The SBX Extension requires:
  • Outlook on the web at outlook.office.com
  • You can use SBX in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or any Chromium-based browser.
