Prerequisites for SBX

Before your company can get started with SBX some requirements and configuration are needed from your side.

• Your email provider must be Microsoft Outlook.
• You must use either Microsoft 365 Groups or Outlook Shared Mailbox
  • If you are using Microsft 365 Groups, then you must have the setting "Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes" selected.
    Learn how to create and set up the group correctly.
  • No additional configuration is necessary with Outlook Shared Mailbox
• You can use either SBX browser extension or our Outlook add-in for the desktop application.
• The SBX Extension requires:
  • Outlook on the web at outlook.office.com
  • You can use SBX in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or any Chromium-based browser.
