Common questions
Are there any per-seat minimums?
No. SBX is priced per active user, with no minimum seat count and no platform fee on top. If you have a two-person finance team, you pay for two users.
What happens if I add a user mid-cycle?
Adding a user mid-cycle triggers a pro-rated charge for the rest of the current billing period right away, billed as a separate invoice. Your next regular invoice then reflects the new total at the standard rate.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch in the SBX self-service portal at portal.sbx.tools/subscription. Switching in either direction takes effect immediately — you get a credit for the unused time on the current plan, and the new plan starts right away.
What if I cancel during the trial?
Nothing — there's no charge during the free month. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed. We don't ask for a credit card to start the trial, so there's nothing to remove.
