- Setup walkthrough — your Outlook configuration, Shared Mailbox vs Microsoft 365 Groups, admin rights
- Rollout planning — which mailboxes (finance@, info@, support@, sales@) to start with, how to introduce categories and assignment to your team
- Walkthrough of SBX itself — if you'd prefer this to the Playground, that's fine; just know the Playground covers it in ~5 minutes
- Specific questions — privacy, data residency, migration from another tool, M365 permissions
- Pricing / contract questions — if you need anything beyond the standard tier
We'll be direct about whether SBX fits your situation — including when it doesn't. If a heavier helpdesk or a different category of tool serves you better, we'll tell you.
