Receiving Assigned Group Emails

We'll examine how users experience receiving assigned group emails. In the user's mailbox, currently showing only personal emails, any new group email assignment triggers a notification in Outlook's web version. The email promptly appears in the inbox, alongside personal emails, ready for immediate attention. In the desktop application, group emails are categorized by color: yellow denotes assignments to others, while blue indicates emails specifically assigned to the user.
